Beyond the classroom, Hank has travelled to over 35 countries, ghostwritten for C-suite executives of multimillion-dollar companies, crafted speeches and messaging for corporate, educational, and nonprofit entities, and has been broadcasted on radio and television in all 50 states as well as internationally.
Teaching Philosophy:
The most exciting thing about teaching public speaking is watching students discover the power of the art. Building your speaking skills opens doors both professionally and relationally, but it also builds character. I’ve seen students struggle to find a voice, overcome, and become leaders.
And that’s the goal. I want everyone taking my course to understand that your highest potential remains stifled without the ability to take the stage and give an audience a piece of your mind—and heart. Your words have the power to shape communities and alter the course of history; use them.
Outside Hobbies and Interests:
I love playing, hearing, recording, and engineering music, travelling, fine dining, and iced tea.
